Today, we welcome two new team members: Alexa Dennett, our new VP of Marketing, and Nick Crance, our newest member of the investment team. In true Innovation Endeavors fashion, both Alexa and Nick hit the ground running, bringing fresh perspectives and making meaningful contributions from day one. They exemplify exactly what makes our team special – deep expertise paired with genuine enthusiasm for supporting visionary founders.
Meet Alexa Dennett
Alexa is leading marketing and communications at Innovation Endeavors. With her strong go-to-market background, she’s especially excited to work closely with the fund’s portfolio companies to craft impactful narratives that highlight the real-world value of their deeply technical products. In no time, Alexa began to elevate the Innovation Endeavors brand and connect with our community. We’re all excited to continue benefitting from her prescriptive approach to marketing.
Before joining Innovation Endeavors, Alexa served as the VP of Marketing and Communications at Heirloom, a Direct Air Capture technology company. She also held go-to-market leadership roles at Wing (Alphabet’s drone delivery Other Bet), Google X, and Dropbox. A former corporate attorney, Alexa holds a JD and a BS in Marketing from the University of Sydney, Australia.
Meet Nick Crance
Nick joins our investment team to help us with all facets of enterprise software — including application and infrastructure layers.
Before joining us, Nick was at Greycroft, where he partnered with companies such as Contextual AI, Coactive AI, Thread AI, Guidewheel, Prezent AI, and Reken. Nick started his career as a consultant at BCG, specializing in data-intensive operational projects. He also worked in the PIPE practice, supporting private equity firms in their commercial due diligence. Nick holds dual degrees with a BS in Industrial Engineering (concentration on applied data science) and Economics from Northwestern University.
Nick and Alexa have already become integral members of our team. Beyond their experience, they share our commitment to supporting founders who rethink large industries. Our entrepreneur community will benefit from their strategic insights, deep industry connections, and collaborative spirit.
