Rebecca is the CFO and Operating Partner of Innovation Endeavors and is an experienced financial leader within the VC industry. Previously, Rebecca was a Partner at 5AM Ventures, acting as both CFO and COO. Previously, she was the CFO at Prospect Venture Partners, CFO at Asset Management Ventures, and prior to that she worked in the finance function of two publicly-traded biotech companies. Rebecca is active in the broader venture capital CFO community and is currently serving on the board of directors of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and the VC CFO affiliation organization, VCBC.

Rebecca is originally from Alberta, Canada, and she graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. She went on to earn her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and to complete her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
